2. Acceptance
By using AgroTour Connect you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
3. Registration and accounts
- Accounts may only be opened by adults and authorized contact persons of organizations.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- Organization profiles go through a verification process before becoming publicly visible.
4. User content
- You retain ownership of the content you publish (descriptions, photos, articles, packages).
- By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it as part of the service.
- Content must be accurate, must not infringe copyrights, and must not be offensive or unlawful.
5. Prohibited use
- Sending unsolicited messages (spam) to other members.
- Attempting to bypass security mechanisms or gaining unauthorized access.
- Impersonation or publishing misleading information about an organization.
6. Moderation and suspension
Moderators and administrators may hide content that violates these rules and, in serious cases, suspend accounts. You can appeal via support@agrotour.eu.
7. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for commercial arrangements between members concluded via the platform. All B2B agreements are made independently between members.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Data-protection matters are governed by GDPR and BiH LPPD; see the Privacy policy.
