Who is a farmer in Republika Srpska: commercial and non-commercial farms

A family farm is recorded in the Register of Agricultural Holdings as commercial or non-commercial. Driving guests in Republika Srpska: when you need a passenger transport licence

Driving guests for a fee (transfer, excursion by bus) is public transport and needs a carrier licence from the Ministry of Transport and Communications. Without it, fines go up to 15,000 KM, and a repeat offence means the vehicle is confiscated for good. A van with eight passenger seats is not a bus, so it is not enough for a licence or for "own needs" transport.

Without a user, hunts run only in a legal entity's fenced breeding ground approved by the Minister.
