Mlijeko kupuju od lokalnih nevesinjskih proizvođača i u malom pogonu prerađuju u dobro poznate Perfetto plus proizvode od kojih su najtraženiji kačkavalj, kajmak, nevesinjska mocarela, sir za pitu, dijetalni sir, torotan, feta sir, punomasni sir iz mijeha itd. Perfetto Plus Dairy is a family-owned company founded in 1997 by brother and sister Goran and Gordana. They source milk from local farmers in the Nevesinje area and process it in their small dairy facility into the well-known Perfetto Plus range of products. Among their most popular products are kachkaval cheese, kajmak, Nevesinje mozzarella, cheese for traditional pies, low-fat cheese, torotan, feta cheese, and full-fat cheese aged in a sheepskin sack (sir iz mijeha), among others. Their customers include both small and large shops and retail chains in the Nevesinje area and beyond. Perfetto Plus also has its own shop in Nevesinje, where you can find their complete range of dairy products. If you haven’t tried their products yet, there is no reason to wait.
